No Surprises: Understanding and Complying with New Medical Price Transparency Laws
Wed, July 21, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ET
Recently, changes have been made to federal and Indiana state law to make medical billing more transparent. Both governments have different requirements, which can make compliance a challenge. This program will cover topics relating to federal and state surprise billing requirements, including posting lists of “shoppable services,” providing good faith estimates of charges, out-of-network billing issues, requirements that are not yet in effect and best practices for implementation and compliance.
