Which of your law practice management strategies could land you in front of the Disciplinary Commission? Attend this CLE to find out! On Wednesday, September 3 from noon to 1 p.m. the Young Lawyers Division will host "I Didn't Know That Was Misconduct!": Mistakes and Misconceptions in Managing Your Law Practice That Could Land You Before the Disciplinary Commission. Attendees will earn one (1.0) ethics credit.

G. Michael Witte, a well-regarded former judge and the current Executive Secretary of the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, will present common, overlooked and surprising situations pertaining to law practice management that can land you in front of the Disciplinary Commission.

  • Pursuing unpaid bills
  • The handling of confidential client information
