In the roughly 30 years since Hoosier voters approved a constitutional amendment lifting the state lottery ban, gaming in Indiana has experienced unmatched growth. From the creation of the Hoosier Lottery and the legalization of pari-mutuel betting to riverboat and inland casinos and now apps like Fan Duel and Draft Kings, it is safe to say that gaming is on a roll in Indiana.
What better way to catch up on these new developments than a one hour general credit CLE followed by a catered social event presented by the IndyBar Young Lawyers Division at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse on April 2?
Hear from both sides of the table on the current issues facing gaming operators and players. CLE speakers include regulator Dennis Mullen, Director of Sports Wagering and Paid Fantasy Sports for the Indiana Gaming Commission and from the house side, John Keeler, General Counsel for Spectacle Entertainment, LLC.
The CLE runs from 4 to 5 p.m. with a catered social immediately following. You can register for the CLE online here.
Don't forget! YLD members have access to IndyBar's New Lawyer registration rate for this and ALL IndyBar CLE programs! Instead of paying $45 per CLE credit hour, members of the YLD will pay only $20 per credit hour.
