The Senior Counsel Division is in the process of organizing a seminar concerning the topic of lawyers selling their practices. There are many details to be aware of and consider in either selling or buying a practice, and this CLE will provide information about those issues. The seminar will be beneficial not only for possible retiring attorneys, but also for those who are thinking about changing careers, moving in house or into government work, or younger attorneys who might be interested in buying a practice to either start or supplement their practices.
