Mark your calendars and make a lunch date with the IndyBar for "Litigating TROs and Preliminary Injunctions" on Tuesday, September 16 from noon to 1 p.m. This CLE will feature Terry Wayne Tolliver and Kenneth Joel from the Office of the Attorney General and John Maley of Barnes & Thornburg LLP as speakers.

This program will provide an overview of temporary restraining orders (TROs) and preliminary injnctions, including law, practice tips and strategies.
