Delaware Supreme Court Justice Carolyn Berger will be retiring this September - almost four years before her current term expires. While applying for the chief justice position, she says she "wasn't taken seriously". Berger goes on to say that this is just one example of an uneven playing field for women in terms of state judiciary work. More on this story can be found here.
