Do you want to dive into a new book? Craving to get lost in a captivating podcast or TV show? The Women and the Law Division's #IMHO has just what you're looking for! Kayla Moody-Grant has our recommendation for this month.

I took my first hot yoga class almost two years ago, and it has become my absolute favorite activity. Yoga has been an incredible way for me to manage my stress, stay energized and keep my mind and body healthy and happy. With such a busy schedule, I always try to make time for myself by taking a hot yoga class a couple times per week. It’s amazing what an entire hour to yourself, completely unplugged, can do for you! I leave class feeling strong, confiden and overall in a better mood. My hot yoga journey has taken me to Mexico for a yoga retreat and through a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. What I’ve learned from it all is to find something that makes you happy and stick with it, because when you’re doing something that makes you happy, the possibilities are endless!
