In examining what women leaders have in common, a researcher found that simple family dinner-table conversations played a large role in finding one's voice and inner confidence. Thinking back that certainly holds true for me. A true value meal for me was learning how to advocate and defend a position while being peppered with questions sitting round the dinner table. With WLD's support of Dream Dinners, hopefully, we can assist in preserving this important family ritual and paving the way for future leaders.
