The IndyBar Women & the Law Division co-hosted a brunch networking event with law students from both IU Maurer and IU McKinney on Sunday, October 18 in Bloomington. Student leaders of the Women’s Caucus groups from both schools helped organize the event, which allowed law students to network with each other as well as attorneys. The event also provided an opportunity for Bloomington students to learn more about IndyBar without travelling to Indianapolis. The event took place at the IU Maurer School of Law, and Indianapolis attorneys in attendance included Jackie Gessner, Barnes & Thornburg LLP; Lucy Frick, Marion County Public Defender’s Office; Audrey Wessel, CMG Worldwide; and Lizzie Conkle, Herron High School.
