In the new Forbes eBook, Their Roaring Thirties, a question was posed to women: What keeps you up at night? The top two answers were, probably not surprisingly, work-life balance and finances.

In this article, the author of the eBook expounds on women's answers to that question. From professionals across the country, concerns and worries seem to be similar for women who are working intense jobs but trying to maintain their personal lives, as well.

The article lists nine other answers to the question, including "haunted by the sheer number of emails I have to answer" to "making sure I am making a difference". To read more about what women said and how some of them handle this constant battle, check out the article.
