Intro by Jimmie McMillian, Indianapolis Motor Speedway
On August 9, the Rascal Flatts concert at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana was abruptly halted by a public announcement that “This show is over, it’s time to go.’ According to attendee Helen Lizano. Fans allege that they were not initially told that there was a safety concern. It was revealed by police that the concert ended as a result of a bomb threat. Safety experts and fans debate whether the public address announcement was sufficient to inform the fans in attendance of the harm so that they could take appropriate steps to quickly leave the concert venue.
