In November 2017, eight men were indicted following an FBI investigation into fraud and corruption in men’s college basketball. Last week, charges were dropped against one of the men, a former AAU director, but U.S. District Court Judge Lewis A. Kaplan denied a motion to dismiss criminal charges against two Adidas executives and a former sports agent.
