On Monday, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reinstated Tom Brady’s suspension and upheld Roger Goodell’s broad reaching authority as an arbitrator under the NFL collective bargaining agreement. Brady will sit out the first four games of the 2016 regular season due to his alleged conduct in the Deflategate controversy. Read more about it here.
