A Tennessee jury has awarded sportscaster Erin Andrews $55 million in damages in her lawsuit against a Nashville Marriott regarding a nude video taken by a stalker from an adjoining room and later posted to the internet.  The jury allocated the damages 51 percent to the stalker and 49 percent to the companies that owned and operated the Nashville Marriott, resulting in $28 million owed by Michael David Barrett and $26 million owed by the hotel owners.
