Josh Hamilton, outfielder for the Los Angeles Angels and 2010 American League MVP, could be gone from the team in a matter of days. In February, Hamilton admitted to relapsing and abusing drugs and alcohol. A clause contained in Hamilton’s Uniform Player Contract and the collective bargaining agreement among the players and owners may be tested as a result of Hamilton’s relapse.
