Even when it comes to motorsports, there's no fast track to becoming an expert. That's something that takes years of experience, countless hours of case work and extensive knowledge of the field. But that's precisely why Cary Agajanian is a legal expert in motorsports in every sense of the word. Join him as he speaks at The Racing Attorneys Conference, held Tuesday, April 14 and Wednesday, April 15 at the Conrad Indianapolis.
Cary Agajanian's practice as managing partner at Agajanian McFall Weiss Tetreault & Crist LLP focuses on motorsports litigation and general liability law. For more than 30 years, he has personally represented and advised over 20 sports and leisure sanctioning bodies in liability suits - including Formula One (FISA), Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) and more.
He was largely involved in authoring the CART Annual Waiver and Release and the Event Waiver and Release, which are recognized as industry standard through the nation. Agajanian also founded Motorsports Management International LLC, a full service sports management company representing racecar drivers.
