As a result, it is important for the family law practitioner to know some bankruptcy basics, including how obligations arising as a result of a family law case are affected by, and ca affect, a bankruptcy.

This presentation will provide you with some basic information about the bankruptcy process, how it intersects with your family law case and how to prepare for the possibility that bankruptcy will be filed once the family law case is finalized.
