Information provided by Judge Lynch:
If there are Special Driving Privileges agreements with Parties and MCPO and they are e-filed, they are being accepted and granted if all requirements are met, the necessary things are provided in the proposed order and the proof needed by statute. Senior Judge Shaheed is handling those while Mag. Collins is on leave.

Small Claims Courts' Handling of Evictions: The handling of the SCC eviction filings is at the discretion of each Judge regarding accepting or rejecting the eviction filing.  Some courts are holding emergency eviction hearings; however, they are all following the Governor’s Executive Order 20-06 to not evict anyone until after his order expires.

This information was provided by Hon. Alicia Gooden, Marion Superior Court.
