In today’s world, information moves at the speed of light. Laws change and technology evolves quickly. One of the ways you can keep your mind sharp and continue to grow your practice is to strive to be a lifelong learner. It’s easy to fall into a pattern of attending the minimum number of CLEs each year for refresher courses and thinking that’s enough. But, if you want to keep evolving and help your practice grow, it’s important to keep studying and learning new skills. Whether you want to add a new practice area to your firm, or you just want to learn a new life skill, such as a new language, being a lifelong learner will help you and your practice evolve.
