Balancing work and home life can be difficult. It can be even more difficult in a small or solo practice where you might not have another attorney to help you out when things get hectic. However, the legal profession is beginning to evolve and your practice can, too. Attorneys are finding more ways to balance their practice with the demands of family and life away from the office. This article touches on some interesting ways lawyers are forging their own path to maintain a schedule that works for them and also some issues that attorneys are still encountering as they struggle to balance a career and family.
