Hard to believe that 2015 is already halfway over!
In the first half of the year, the Real Estate and Land Use Section has worked to partner with other sections of the IndyBar to provide quality programming for our members. We hope that the programming in discussion for the balance of the year will continue to offer members the same high quality programming. As always, if you have suggestions for programs you'd like to see, please contact any member of the section's Executive Committee.
It is anticipated that a major change to the Indianapolis/Marion County zoning ordinance will be adopted prior to the end of 2015. If and when that change occurs, the Real Estate and Land Use Section hopes to work with the Indianapolis' Department of Metropolitan Development staff to roll-out information on the new ordinance in a usable and digestible format.
