IndyBar Releases Results of Judicial Candidate Survey - Pressroom

Today the Indianapolis Bar Association released the results of its evaluation of candidates for Marion County judge. Twenty-four candidates are seeking support from their parties early next month in pursuit of election in the May 6, 2014 primary.

To assist in the election process more than 4,000 attorneys were asked to weigh in on the qualifications of the candidates including attorney members of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Marion County Bar Association, Marion County Public Defender Agency, and the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. This graph illustrates the outcome of the survey, which required respondents to participate only if they had direct professional contact with a candidate in the past three years.
