Message from the Chair: September 2017

Have you ever thought about getting involved with the Executive Council? We need you! We meet on the first Tuesday of every month at the IndyBar offices at which time we plan CLEs, social events and fundraising events. We have a good time while working to promote the paralegal profession. If you are an IndyBar paralegal member and are interested or think you might be interested, please contact me. I would love to talk to you!

A huge congratulations to Ida Hayes of Indiana Legal Services for being named the 2017 Paralegal of the Year by The Indianapolis Bar Association. She was honored at the Paralegal Appreciation Luncheon on Monday, September 18. If you weren't able to make it, take a look at photos here.

I hope you are all collecting your stuffed animals for the annual Holiday Luncheon! It will be held on December 7 at the Sheraton City Center (corner of Washington and Ohio Streets) on the 20th Floor. Watch for updates on the IndyBar website in the coming weeks!

We are always looking for suggestions on CLE topics (or for social and community events) so if you have any ideas, please let me know.
