The weather is warm, the kids are out of school, festivals and fairs are in full swing, and I bet you have even caught yourself daydreaming about sipping margaritas pool side! Why not; after all it's vacation season! The sad, unfortunate truth is we rarely enjoy or even take a full vacation. This is not only bad for our families, but ourselves too! If you do not take care of yourself, you will not be able to take care of the other responsibilities in your life. It is in our best interest for ourselves and our work productivity to unplug, refresh and recharge!
