In the fall of 2013 at the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s annual conference when I first met Lyn Mettler, founder and owner of Step Ahead Social Research, I was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and expertise as she explained the benefits of utilizing experts in social media investigations within the practice of law. I knew her topic would be useful to IndyBar members as well and was so hopeful that sometime down the road we would be able to have her present to members of the IndyBar. That day is almost here!
Lyn’s upcoming presentation on social media investigations will focus on best practices and techniques for effective monitoring of social media in both real time and historically. She will also address ethics in collecting data and admissibility strategies.
Don’t miss this great opportunity to learn more about the growing area of social media monitoring! Register today for Lyn’s CLE on Tuesday, April 28 from noon to 1 p.m. at the IndyBar, co-sponsored by the IndyBar Paralegal Committee and the Family Law Section! Get more information and register here.
