Use of the Legal Line/Ask a Lawyer does not create an attorney-client relationship or initiate any other sort of legal relationship between you, the volunteer(s) with whom you communicate or the Indianapolis Bar Association. During your chat session, you may be asked to provide some basic information such as your name and your question. Please do not share any additional personal information through Legal Line/Ask a Lawyer. Indianapolis Bar Association is committed to your privacy and agrees to use your information for internal use only. Your information will only be disclosed in accordance with applicable local, State and Federal Laws and regulations, lawful subpoena or court order. The Indianapolis Bar Association may keep transcripts of your Legal Line/Ask a Lawyer session for quality assurance and training purposes. The Indianapolis Bar Association does not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by use of or reliance on the information and advice provided via the service. You hereby release the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Legal Line/Ask a Lawyer Service representative from any such liability.
