Join fellow attorneys at the IndyBar on Wednesday, August 27 for "The Ethics of Dealing with Insurance Companies", a CLE from noon to 1 p.m. The CLE will count toward one (1.0) ethics credit for those who attend.

This seminar will cover topics such as ethical and practical considerations in managing the relationship with insurers, settlement and strategy disagreements, distinguishing the duties of coverage counsel and defense counsel, and more.

This CLE is particularly helpful for civil litigators, policyholders' counsel, coordinating/monitoring counsel and in-house counsel.
