On February 27, the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law announced a new dean had been selected to replace outgoing dean Andrew Klein; vice dean and professor Karen Bravo will take the helm, once approved by the Board of Trustees. A 16-year veteran of McKinney, Bravo was selected after a thorough nationwide search.
IUPUI Chancellor Nasser H. Paydar said in a letter announcing the selection that Bravo’s “depth of knowledge will serve the school well as it evolves to meet the changing demands of legal education and scholarship, and her extensive connections with the local and global legal communities will allow McKinney to create new opportunities for engagement, research, and training of the next generation of lawyers.” Read more from the Indiana Lawyer here.
