Dear Litigation Section Members,

I encourage you to attend the IndyBar’s Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, October 13 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the IndyBar Education Center. Representatives from Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett’s office will be on hand to discuss ideas for improvements within the justice system in Marion County. Mayor Hogsett has directed his staff to talk with the courts and a variety of other related groups in order to compile recommendations by year end. Specifically, they are seeking feedback regard processes, facilities and any other related considerations. Don’t miss this special opportunity to contribute to this effort and weigh in on important issues impacting the administration of justice. If you are unable to attend in person you are welcome to share your thoughts in writing by forwarding to IndyBar Executive Director Julie Armstrong at jarmstrong@indybar.org or by mail to the bar office. To RSVP go online to or feel free to stop in. Of course, there is no fee associated with this gathering. Thank you all for making a difference in our Indianapolis legal community.
