IndyBar members will be walking into the courtroom with even more confidence, thanks to a recent resource compiled by the association’s Litigation Section. The Courts Guide catalogs the procedures, policies and courtroom equipment of ten Marion Circuit and Superior Court judges, and also provides sample orders, letters and other resources.

This extensive guide is available exclusively to IndyBar members
