What does every client want when a dispute arises? Is it prolonged, expensive, inconvenient litigation? Or is it a quick, satisfactory, and relatively inexpensive solution? This CLE on Wednesday, October 28 will help you improve your client satisfaction by demonstrating one tool that can make your clients' dreams come true. Focus on resolving the dispute in the early stages of a case by considering pre-suit mediation with a qualified, experienced, and creative mediator. This seminar will give insights on what information needs to be developed, and what might not, before a serious attempt at mediation should be made.

Of course, as a litigator, you are familiar with the mediation process. Could you find ways to improve your effectiveness? Always! At the next seminar, these venerable mediators and litigators will provide you with the best  methods they have seen - and perhaps some less-effective methods. Be sure you are making the most of your clients' and your own resources by getting the most out of every mediation session.

Register for these upcoming ADR programs today and we'll see you there!
