In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and public health emergency, the Indiana Supreme Court has issued an order extending the filing deadline for applications for the July 2020 Indiana Bar Exam.
From the order:
The Supreme Court therefore ORDERS that the filing deadline for applications for admission on first examination for the July 2020 Indiana bar examination is hereby extended to and including May 4, 2020. There shall be no late filing period for applications for admission on first examination in connection with the July 2020 Indiana bar examination. In the event that the State Board of Law Examiners is unable to administer the July 2020 Indiana bar examination as scheduled, all applicants shall be entitled to a full refund of their filing fee or, in the alternative, may request that their application be held in abeyance until the next administration of the Indiana bar examination.
