Judge Sarah Evans Barker issued a ruling in Indiana Civil Liberties Union v. Indiana Sec. of State. Indiana has been barred from enforcing the "ballot selfies" law, which bans voters from posting photos of completed ballots to Twitter, due to the harm caused by "deprivation of First Amendment free speech rights."
