On Thursday, October 23, a review session was hosted by the IndyBar in anticipation of the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) that will be administered on Saturday, November 1. Lecturer Jacob V. Bradley, managing associate at Frost Brown Todd LLC, held a three-hour review session for IndyBar student members to go over materials that will help prepare them for the exam.

IndyBar student members who registered and attended the event received free copies of the 5th Edition Emmanuel text Strategies & Tactics for the MPRE in addition to IndyBar subject outlines, copies of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Model Rules of Judicial Conduct, and a comprehensive set of slides for discussion and review.

Students who could not attend in person were able to view the recorded lecture online and were given the option of receiving all materials through the mail.

Best of luck to all those taking the MPRE next Saturday!
