An employee at JP Morgan Chase took his concerns over an employee survey question to a Princeton professor, and it turns out that the quesiton may be illegal. The annual employee survey asked "Are ally of the LGBT community, but not personally identifying as LGBT?" The employee feared repercussions if he answered in the positive.
