IndyBar will be offering free wills to Indy-area residents who cannot afford an attorney on Tuesday, November 10. This offering was originally being offered exclusively to veterans in conjunction with Veteran’s Day; however, we have a few openings still available so we are opening the opportunity up to all residents subject to meeting financial requirements at 150% of the Federal Poverty guidelines.

If you know of someone you believe qualifies, please share this Free Wills Online Application. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, IndyBar is putting the safety of its members at the forefront so to proceed in the safest manner possible and abide by city, state and CDC guidelines to minimize person-to-person contact, attorneys will participate remotely via Zoom while the public and a few volunteers will be at the designated location. Upon review of the applicant’s application to determine qualification, all applicants will be notified of next steps. Qualifying individuals will be notified of the time and location to appear for their appointment by Monday. November 9. The clinic timeframe is between 10am – 3:30pm on Tuesday, November 10. The general clinic location is just north of downtown Indianapolis.
