The EEOC has issued final rules on wellness programs under the Americans With Disabilities Act and Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act. Both documents include explanations and responses to comments submitted to the proposed rules issued in 2015. The rules have effective dates of July 18, 2016 and applicability dates of January 1, 2017.
