The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently launched an Online Charge Status System that allows a charging party to track the Commission's progress investigating a charge. A "Tip Sheet" for using the Online Charge Status System is available here. This follows last year's launches of the Digital Charge System, the Commission's web-based program that allows respondents to receive notices of charges and submit information to the investigator, and FedSEP, the Commission's portal for federal sector investigations. The Digital Charge System's User's Guide is available here.
