After the Supreme Court issued its unanimous opinion in Mach Mining, LLC v. EEOC, the world agreed that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's conciliation efforts are subject to limited judicial review. After that straightforward conclusion, agreement ends on the case's outcome. Because reaction has been so varied, we're unlikely to have seen the last. Here are a few sources to consider:
