IndyBar member Paul Overhauser of Overhauser Law is on the cutting edge of business practices in order to keep up with his tech-savvy clients. In the Indianapolis Business Journal (IBJ), Overhauser is featured for his use of Bitcoin in his legal practice.

Overhauser says he has been accepting Bitcoin for a number of months and that he decided to begin accepting Bitcoin because a segment of his customers wanted to make it an option. Overhauser had been personally using Bitcoin for about a year before adopting it into his legal practice.

There is currently only one other attorney in the state who even accepts Bitcoin, and Overhauser is the only attorney in the state whose clients have opted to use the digital currency for payment.
