Being a female in a predominately male field has its own challenges, and women in patent litigation know that. In the recent issue of Law Practice Today, a roundtable discussion was published that features input from three seasoned attorneys who work in patent litigation - and yes, they're all women.

The panelists talk about their personal insights into the practice of patent litigation, give career advice, discuss changes needed in the patent system, debate patent trolls and express the advantages and disadvantages of being women in the patent litigation arena.
