Senator Steve Hershey is capitalizing on America's sweet tooth with his campaign promotions for re-election. Hershey's brown, rectangular logo with "HERSHEY" printed in a similar fashion to the chocolate bar has caught the eye of the candy company.

Hershey Co. says its main complaints are that the senator is using their trade to draw attention and that he is suggesting that Hershey supports him, which is not the case.
