  2. Joel Tragesser to talk with Mac MacDaniel regarding round table
  3. Ethics, Kevin Erdman
  4. Patrick Houston trade secrets seminar to be tabled until 2018
  1. Forms submitted to IndyBar for the forms project
  2. Website postings:
    1. Membership increased from 141 in April to 147 in May
    2. 51 page views in March; 116 in April
    3. 62 blog page views in March; 117 in April
    4. Bill McKenna proposed starting IP section Twitter account

i.Kim Ferguson to talk with IndyBar and get back to board

  1. Holiday luncheon in planning; date needs to be set and follow up with Business Law section president
    1. Vendor reached out to Bill McKenna regarding interested in sponsoring event

i.Sponsor holiday party?  Discuss with Business Law section first

ii.If vendor wants standalone event, Ethics seminar could be possibility

  1. New business
    1. In fall, board to nominate and elect new Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair
  2. Kim Ferguson discussed Heal Committee
    1. Started by Chris Hickey and Kelly Scanlan
    2. Small network of support volunteers to assist those who have fall on hard times
