On Friday, October 28, 2016, the International Trade Commission Trial Lawyers Association and Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law are presenting a CLE event entitled, Section 337: What It Is and Why You Need to Know.

This event will offer a primer on Section 337 actions, practice pointers from seasoned ITC practitioners, and in-house perspectives on Section 337.  In addition, the event will discuss the latest developments and trends in the Section 337 arena with the Honorable F. Scott Kieff, Commissioner of the U.S. International Trade Commission and Andrew Beverina, Investigative Attorney for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations.  This CLE event will be held in the Wynne Courtroom at the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law between 1pm – 6pm.
