Texas A&M filed suit on Thursday, November 12 against the Indianapolis Colts to protect its “Home of the 12th Man” federal trademark. Texas A&M cited the Colts’ usage of 12th Man in solicitation and merchandise. The Colts inducted the 12th Man into its Ring of Honor in 2007 as well.
