A copyright infringement case has been transferred to the Southern District of Indiana due to a lack of venue in the Northern District of Indiana. This case involves Angela E. Brooks-Nwenga who has made allegations against the following Indianapolis-based entities: The Mind Trust, United Way of Cnetral Indiana, Central Indiana Education Alliance, Phalen Leadership Academies and Indianapolis Public Schools.
