Insurance Coverage

Posted on: Feb 3, 2021

Meet members of the Insurance Coverage Section with the Take Ten Q&A Series!

Meet: Jon Noyes, Wilson Kehoe Winingham

What is the focus of your practice?
I do a variety of plaintiff’s side tort and contract litigation. I typically focus on personal injury, coverage issues and class actions.

How long have you been practicing?
Seven years.

How long have you been in Indy?
Actually, I came to Indianapolis from Virginia about 10 years ago. I grew up in the midwest and decided to come back for law school. The rest is history!

What do you enjoy doing when you're not at work?
I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jen. We like to play games, go to concerts, try new restaurants and hang out with our cats, Sgt. Charlie Shoulders and the Honorable L. Annabelle Swanson.

What are some of your goals for the section this year and what are you most excited about for the section?
This year, I want our section to continue to provide high quality content to our membership as we (hopefully) transition back to holding in-person events. I am most excited to have an in-person networking event during the back half of the year. Stay tuned for more on that one!

Tell us about your favorite restaurant(s) in Indy.
This is such a hard question because we’ve lost so many restaurants over the last year. Brozinni Pizzeria on the southside is just amazing – some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted! Hank’s Smoked Briskets has my favorite comfort food. For fun with friends, there’s little better than finding interesting wine (or two) at Mass Ave. Wine and sharing it over small plates and a pizza.

If you would like to be featured in the Take Ten Q+A series, send your responses to the above questions to Kara Sikorski at ksikorski@indybar.org and stay tuned for future installments!
