Susan Engstrom for Insurance Law Daily reports that a state circuit judge who was sued in his individual capacity for allegedly framing someone for a crime he didn’t commit was not a "Named Insured" under a commercial general liability policy issued to the state of West Virginia, a federal court in that state ruled.
