Brown (Residential Landlord-Tenant Law) Russell regularly represents clients before zoning boards and planning commissions throughout the State of Indiana and has successfully navigated numerous clients through corporate and real estate transactions, including advising on corporate formation strategies, negotiating complex asset, stock or real estate purchase agreements and assisting clients in completing requisite transactional due diligence. |

Kenneth Falk (Federal Constitutional Law) Kenneth J. Falk serves as the legal director of the ACLU of Indiana, an organization dedicated to protecting the freedoms guaranteed to Indiana citizens by the Indiana and United States Constitution. As a legal director of the ACLU, Ken screens and prosecutes actions in federal and state courts that typically raise federal and state constitutional issues. |

Sarah Fowler (Secured Transactions) Sarah focuses her practice in representing individuals and businesses in creditors rights’, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, agricultural lending, and commercial litigation matters. Sarah previously practiced in the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group of Ice Miller LLP. She is a graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. |

Maley is a partner at the firm, concentrating on civil litigation, appellate practice and employment matters. He chairs the firm's Appellate Practice Group and is a member of the firm's litigation and labor and employment departments. In a volunteer capacity, John serves as co-chair of the IndyBar Review, having spent years studying the exam process. |

Laurie E. Martin (Indiana Employment Law) Laurie practices in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation and consulting, and ERISA litigation. She advises and defends employers facing claims, including employment discrimination, harassment or retaliation; wrongful discharge; blacklisting or defamation; wage and hour disputes; enforcement of covenants not to compete; ERISA and benefit litigation; and trade secret misappropriation. |

He earned his J.D. from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law and served as law clerk to the Hon. Justice Frank Sullivan, Jr., of the Indiana Supreme Court. |

As a licensed accountant in the State of Indiana, Mark has held various positions in small and large CPA firms. In addition to being a CPA, Mark is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, enabling him to analyze tax and financial situations from both legal and accounting viewpoints in order to help his clients implement their business goals. |

F. Anthony (Tony) Paganelli (Agency Partnership and Sole Proprietorships) Tony is a courtroom lawyer. He concentrates his trial and arbitration practice in four areas: business litigation, criminal defense, real estate/construction litigation, and bankruptcy/debtor-creditor litigation. |

sTEVIE pACTOR (CRIMINAL law/PROCEDURE) Stevie presently serves as a Staff Attorney with the ACLU of Indiana. She previously served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Jane Magnus Stinson at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Prior to joining the federal court, Stevie was in private practice at Sidley Austin, LLP in the San Francisco and Washington, D.C. offices. She practiced primarily in securities and complex commercial litigation. She particularly enjoyed her pro bono practice, where she concentrated in criminal defense and immigration asylum cases. |

Honorable Margret G. Robb (How to Study) Judge Margret G. Robb was appointed to the Indiana Court of Appeals by Governor Frank O'Bannon, serving there since 1998. Prior to her appointment to the Court, she was engaged in the general practice of law in Lafayette and was a Chapter 11, 12 and a Standing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy trustee. As a former Indiana Board of Law Examiner who has graded many an examination, Judge Robb shares her unique insights to help demystify the Bar Exam. |

Jennifer Seymour (Indiana State Tax) Jennifer joined Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 2011 and has held several roles including her current role as Assistant General Tax Counsel. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Jennifer attended New York University School of Law and obtained an LL.M. in Taxation. She has served as the Domestic Tax Attorney for Eli Lilly and Company and as a tax associate at Barnes & Thornburg LLP. |

Kiamesha-Sylvia G. Colom (REAL PROPERTY) Kiamesha focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate lending and loan documentation and related business transactions. She has closed numerous SBA, USDA and conventional commercial loans for commercial lenders. She earned her B.A. from Manhattanville College, her M.S. Ed. Holly Wanzer (Essay Tips) Holly Wanzer is a founding attorney of Wanzer Edwards PC where she practices in the areas of family law, including collaborative law and domestic mediation. An experienced family law litigator, Holly is also a registered domestic mediator. In a volunteer capacity, Holly regularly instructs law students on the importance of sound organization and study skills including outlining and using IRAC. |
