  • Multiple Scholarships Available to Attend the 2021 IndyBar Bench Bar Conference: A variety of scholarships are available to attend the 2021 IndyBar Bench Bar Conference June 17-19, 2021 at the Louisville Downtown Omni Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The IndyBar's Bench Bar Conference is Indiana's premier event to bring lawyers, judges and paralegals together for a great time and top-notch CLE programming.   • Bill Watch Report for March 5 Now Available: This week, after the third reading deadline and bill exchange, each chamber began the legislative process all over again with the bills passed from the opposite chamber. Many of those bills passed first reading and were assigned to committee, for a total of 23 bills heard in committee. See additional details here.
